About Me

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy (Distinction). My style is warm and compassionate, and I aim to provide a safe container for whatever you bring.

My professional experience includes working with the NHS, the University of Leeds Student Counselling Service, and various charities supporting individuals facing challenges such as addiction, bereavement, and other major life transitions.

Having lived in different countries — including ten years in Brazil — I also offer therapy in Brazilian Portuguese.
