I offer an integrative approach, which means I combine different therapeutic models to best suit your unique needs. Our sessions might include looking at how your early experiences continue to shape your present, helping you make sense of your history and who you are today. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or grief and loss, my approach is to look at what might alleviate the pain but also explore its origins and what lies at the heart of your struggles.​​
